How Flag Lock & Vibration Works

1. In Golf Mode, first measure the background slope behind the flag to establish a reference distance.
2. Press and hold the Measure button to enter Scan Mode, then slowly move from the background toward the flag.
3. When the rangefinder recognises the flagpole, the flag logo flashes and the device vibrates to confirm the lock.
4. The display shows both the direct distance to the flag and the slope-compensated distance.

Important Notes:

• Minimum measurement distance: 5 metres.
• Do not measure through glass — glass reflects the laser and affects accuracy.
• The eyepiece display is not illuminated — additional lighting may be needed in very low-light conditions.
• Rain, fog, and dust may reduce maximum effective range. Use light-coloured buildings as far targets where possible.
